Terms of sale

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once we have checked stock and your delivery address. Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees.

Shipping

We are beginning with delivery inside the Kathmandu Valley. Delivery charges, minimum orders and estimated delivery times are set per zone and shown at checkout. We do not ship internationally yet.

Returns and refunds

Food products cannot be returned once opened. If a jar arrives damaged, or the wrong item is delivered, contact us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it.

Ingredients, allergens, storage guidance and best-before dates are shown on the product label and, where confirmed, on the product page. Please read the label before consuming.
